I found solace in meditative states. I crafted them in my day-to-day to keep my symptoms at bay. Over time, the understanding bloomed, and everything I do is to regulate at a level my old neurologist would never have thought possible. When I work with other individuals like myself, they don’t believe the difference they feel almost instantly, as soon as the right door has been walked through.
