Creating a Shift

In everything you do, you are moving toward or away from better symptom management. This isn't to create hyper-scrutiny in your daily routines, it's to provide a reality check.

Lifestyle matters. Imagine yesterday as a movie and play it back in your imagination now. How many moments of yesterday were you able to align with the "less symptoms" version of you? The reality is this: if you are neurodivergent, and your disorders burden multiple facets of your daily experience, then you have to learn how to skillfully align more of your day with a version of you that is unburdened.

Sometimes the shift is swift, and in a single session you learn exactly what you need and can begin applying it for yourself. Sometimes it happens more gradually over the course of weeks. Either way, the ability becomes yours... it's up to you to use it.
