A guided program for symptom remission, designed to replace a lifetime of suppression and coping with the tools to actually heal. Money-back guaranteed.
I was diagnosed with Tourette syndrome as a child, along with the stack of conditions that usually travels with it, and spent over a decade on medication before finding my own way out through meditation, diet, and eventually real teachers. Today my symptoms sit near zero. The work that brought me there is the work I teach.
The work is the same underneath. What changes is who carries it.
Old enough to sit, breathe, and make the practice your own. Everything on this page is built for you. We start with a consultation, figure out honestly whether it's a fit, and go from there.
Begin with a consultation →A young nervous system settles from the one beside it. You build your own inner sanctuary, and your child's takes root from it. A different path to the same place, and it has its own page.
The parent-led path →The brain and body integrate as part of a grander whole. Real transformation requires working with the entire system, efficiently, precisely, and with intention.
Guided training into theta and waking-delta brainwave activity, deepened through study with real teachers and masters of ancient traditions. The body responds with tangible signatures, and we follow.
Rooted in old Shaolin medicine, today recognized as a genuine system of medical qigong. Symptom pathways light up, and we regulate the inflammatory feedback loops between brain and body.
Personalized diet therapy and East Asian herbal medicine, grounded in traditional wisdom and modern biomedical science. Building the foundation for a healthy inner-garden of microbiota: a gut-brain axis that works with us, not against us.
Diet as medicine, in depth →The biomedicine of this isn't a mystery. Meditative states correlate with measurable brainwave activity, including the theta and waking-delta states the work trains. Diet therapy feeds the microbiota of your gut, lungs, and urogenital tract, and those microbiota influence the gasotransmitters in your body: molecules like nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide. These are what drive pressure in the brain, oxidative stress, and the inflammatory feedback behind tics, anxiety, and depression. In Chinese medicine these molecules are called qi.
Every method I teach adjusts how qi moves through the body and quietly rebuilds the ground those symptoms used to fire from. Sessions can create immediate shifts, but the real change happens across weeks, as the body embodies what it's been shown. The work becomes more efficient, longer-lasting, until eventually the body has trouble finding the place that produced the symptoms in the first place. Trauma releases passively in this process, especially in deeper theta states.
Here's a question I ask everyone who reaches out about this work. How you answer it determines whether a consultation is going to be worth it.
If the answer is no, or hesitant, or "yes, but." Pay attention to what's underneath that. Often it sounds something like "if I didn't have Tourette syndrome I wouldn't be doing this thing I love" or "even though it's hard, I've learned so much." That hesitation is honest. It usually means the symptoms have become part of how you understand yourself, and that's not a failing, it's a survival mechanism. When something painful is going to come with you no matter what, the mind eventually makes it part of who you are. Most people living with chronic symptoms do this without ever knowing it.
Real change will feel, at first, like a loss of self, because the work is built to produce real change. If part of you still feels safer with the symptoms than without them, you'll fight the work, often without knowing why. That's a valid place to be, and if it's yours, you should keep looking elsewhere. I'm not asking you to suppress yourself, or your child to suppress themselves. I'm asking whether you're done being defined by something that is, at the end of the day, a pattern your nervous system has been firing.
How many more lessons do your tic attacks have to teach you before you've learned it sufficiently?
How many more lessons does your depression need to teach you?
The path toward symptom remission. Not suppression, not coping, but actual change in your physiological baseline. What you learn here interrupts the chain reactions that produce your symptoms, and over time, they stop firing. We adjust the communication between brain and body on every level.
This work is intense. You will be challenged. If you're ready, let's go.
The work is designed to have an ending, which is why it's guaranteed.
Program investment is discussed during your initial consultation, once we've determined together whether this is the right fit for you and your family.
Everyone starts the same way, with a consultation. Some people need a single session. Some need the full ten weeks. We work out which, together and honestly, before you commit to anything.
All new clients begin with an initial consultation to ensure the work we do is what you need.

Symptoms outside of Tourette syndrome often respond fast. Anxiety, depression, and the dysregulation underneath them can shift in a handful of sessions. Sometimes that's all it takes.
Where individual sessions are the right fit, that's how we work. Each one meets you where you are, moving at the pace your body and mind can hold. How many you need is something we decide together in your consultation, not in advance.
For young children, the path looks different. The work centers on the parent, not the child, because a young nervous system absorbs what the parent's resonates. As you cultivate your own inner sanctuary, theirs takes root.
Symptoms rarely shift in the short term. What changes first is you, and from there the home environment, your relationship with your child, and slowly, their inner world. Children can join sessions when they choose to, with simplified methods that lay foundation for the deeper work they'll grow into as teens.
