The full agreement for working with Tourettes Tic Talk LLC. Please read carefully before booking your consultation or session.
By scheduling and attending a consultation or session, you acknowledge and agree to everything below.

Tourettes Tic Talk LLC requires 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling any session or consultation. If prior notice is not given, the session or consultation is non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of illness or emergency. To request an exception, email nick@tourettestictalk.com.
You are expected to arrive on time for any consultation or session. Failure to arrive within the first 10 minutes of the scheduled time may result in a cancelled session with no refund.
You are expected to maintain a daily practice of at least 30 minutes per day using the material discussed during sessions. The work depends on the practice between sessions; without it, results are limited and the money-back guarantee may be voided.
At the conclusion of ten (10) weeks of sessions, including at least two sessions per week, if you have not experienced a subjective change in the quantity, severity, or quality of symptom presentation, you will receive a full refund.

All consultations and sessions may be recorded and stored online and personally by Tourettes Tic Talk LLC and its team members.
Tourettes Tic Talk LLC may use edited clips of recorded consultations or sessions for marketing purposes. You may opt out of this at any time by emailing nick@tourettestictalk.com. Opt-outs apply going forward; clips already published cannot always be retracted from third-party platforms.
You will receive an email link to every recorded consultation and session in which you participate. These recordings are for your personal continued practice only.
You must receive written consent from Tourettes Tic Talk LLC prior to publishing, sharing, or otherwise making public any recording provided via email link.
Tourettes Tic Talk LLC and its representatives do not claim to treat, diagnose, cure, or prevent any ailments, diseases, or disorders. Any supplement, product, herb, herbal formula, or information recommended or discussed is for educational and informational purposes only.

Our services include consultations, sessions, recommendations, resources, video instruction, and similar services provided online or in person. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, restricting access to your account, and accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions. You also agree not to:
All content and materials available through our services, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of Tourettes Tic Talk LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourettes Tic Talk LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

There may be risks of deficiencies, delays, or failures during the delivery of services due to electronic or technical circumstances.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
