Tourettes Tic Talk
For Parents

A path that begins with you.

If the parent-led path drew you here, this page is what comes next.

I know what it's like to be the child carrying something heavy, and to be told the best anyone can do is help you manage it. I'm here because that wasn't enough for me, and I don't think it's enough for your child either.

Beyond coping. Toward remission.

Most of what's offered to families living with Tourette syndrome is some flavor of management: strategies, accommodations, ways to get through the day. That work has its place. But it isn't where the story has to end.

The method I teach is built around a different question: what does it take for the nervous system to actually settle? Not just quiet for a moment, but rewire its baseline. The answer turns out to be a coordinated practice across mind, body, and gut: three systems working with each other instead of against each other.

What the work looks like

Quiet the Storm

Guided meditation that trains the brain into theta and waking-delta states, where the body finally lets go.

Move the Body

Shaolin somatic medicine to interrupt the inflammatory feedback loops between brain and body.

Feed the Garden

A gut-brain axis that works with you, not against you. The inner soil where healing actually takes root.

Find Your People

A community of people doing this same inner work, and many of them families navigating Tourette syndrome too. You're not the only one.

How this looks in practice

The inner work is the same at every age. What changes is who carries it.

Teens & Adults

They learn the practice.

Old enough to sit, breathe, and engage with the work as their own discipline. Sessions are direct. We build their toolkit together, while you build yours.

Young Children

You learn the practice.

The practice lives in you. From your inner sanctuary, theirs takes root.

Your child's ability to regulate begins with what you can build for yourself.
A note on working with younger children

Sessions with parents include times when your child can join, if they choose to. There are simplified meditative methods adapted for young nervous systems, ones that begin laying the foundation for the deeper work they'll grow into as teens. Most of the practice, though, is yours to take home between sessions. It is the resonance of your nervous system which your child unconsciously absorbs into their own.

Be patient with the timeline. This work rarely shifts your child's symptoms in the short term. What changes first is you. You learn to create the environment your child's inner world can begin to model after, and you begin to see into their experience with new clarity, understanding them more deeply than before. This practice empowers you to inspire self-love, growth, and an ability to thrive through the neurodivergent path your child walks upon, all the while deepening relationships of trust, communication, and acceptance within the family dynamic.

A weekly reset

Each week I teach Neurospicy Qigong and an evening Meditation class. They're free, online, and easy to drop into.

Group classes are the tip of the iceberg. For many people, they're all you need. For others, the work begins to resonate and you want to dive deeper. If group feels good, I know one-on-one will feel even better.

And for anyone already working with me, they're a steady source of guided practice between sessions.

The classes are hosted within the Gut-Brain Synchrony community on Skool, a group I'm proud to teach in.

Why I do this

I built this because I lived it. I know the exhaustion of trying everything and finding only management. My method is distilled from decades of my own work. My goal isn't to keep you. It's to hand you everything you need in a handful of weeks, then step out of the way.

The Next Step

Begin with a conversation

If this resonates, the next step is a 30-minute initial consultation. We'll talk through where your family is, where you'd like to go, and whether the work is genuinely a fit. No pressure, no script.

Book a Consultation

For families navigating real financial hardship, a small number of scholarship spots are available each year. We can talk about it in your consultation.
